Everyone gets to develop and test in Microsoft 10 more easily. Microsoft gets happier developers, and I get a test environment base box for Microsoft I can use for internal QA. It's all great!

The whole point of a Vagrant base image is to relentlessly create, stand up, destroy as many different environment configurations as you need, whenever you need. Those expectations don't seem to work well with this licence.. But that seems really unreasonable and a pointless loss of utility that would benefit everyone involved.
Then if I were making it publicly available, then a whole bunch of other people would in principle be able to do that too.
Hence why I'm checking first. Want to be a good by and not get in trouble.
