Thanks so much for your response. I have a relatively small hard drive (37G) and had recently reformatted it due to XP memory crashes. I had a time just trying to load service pack 3. There are no error messages / #s associated with this , just the message that it can't install this after I try manually or through automatic updates. All the rest of the updates have seem to have gone through.

Thanks for your response. I'm using XP 32 bit Home Version that I recently reformatted with. I had an awful time trying to download service pack 3 and this is the only update that says can't install. I've tried manually and through automatic update.
