Odbc Visual Foxpro Driver

I'm trying to use an MS Access 2007 mdb to link to a Visual FoxPro dbf file. I downloaded the ODBC driver, vfpoledb.dll into the folder C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesSystemOle DB from the web link http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=14839The download link on that page is VFPOLEDBSetup.msi.
In MS Access 2007 I used External Data tab/More/ODBC database to link to a File Data Source.
Odbc Visual Foxpro Driver Not A Table
I've installed Visual FoxPro driver from this link on my 64 Bit Windows 7 Home Premium OS and tried to register vfpoledb.dll using REGSVR32. Roxio creator home download. I could able to register this dll but when run my applic. ODBC Driver for xBase Compatibility xBase Compatibility ODBC Driver for xBase supports: FoxPro 2, Visual FoxPro; dBaseIII-dBase10; Codebase, Clipper; and other DBF file formats; Supported Target Platforms Windows, 32-bit and 64-bit (including Windows Terminal Server) macOS, 32-bit and 64-bit. Latest VFP ODBC driver was installed in the ODBC Data Source Administrator. Based on what I saw when Googling for 'Visual Fox Pro ODBC driver', I'm quite sure I have the latest driver. However, I also note that Microsoft is encouraging users to abandon the ODBC driver and instead use the OLE driver. But I have no idea what to.
